Placing an Order
Orders can be placed at any time, but shipped only on weekdays. If you see something on the website that is out of stock, please call one of our locations, or email us and we can assist you from there.
Shipping
All orders have $6 flat rate shipping charge. Orders placed before 4:00 CST will ship the same day. Orders on weekends will go out the following Monday. We ship via UPS ground and USPS Priority Mail, unless specified otherwise Check
map to determine when the item will get to you.
Returns/Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 14 days of receipt. If you are returning or exchanging merchandise, it must be in original condition with tags. Please mail item to the
Banbury Cross warehouse. Please include a copy of your original order with the return.
If you need to exchange the item, please mail us back the original shipment and place another order for the correct item.
We will refund your credit card as soon as we receive the return, however please allow us one week to process the return. Unfortunately, any merchandise past 14 days of receipt cannot be returned. If you have any questions, please let us know.
At this time, merchandise purchased online cannot be returned to the store locations, it must be mailed back to the
warehouse. If at any time you have questions please call or email us.
